BoredSnake ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not collect any personal information.

BoredSnake is designed to be a completely offline, privacy-respecting application. We do not:

• Collect personal data
• Track your location
• Access your contacts or photos
• Use analytics or tracking services
• Share data with third parties
• Require account registration

LOCAL DATA STORAGE

The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Game progress (score, unlocked skins)
• Data Shards (in-game currency)
• User preferences (sound, haptics settings)
• Selected skin theme

This data is stored using iOS UserDefaults and never leaves your device. You can delete this data by uninstalling the app.

GAME CENTER

BoredSnake integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboard functionality. When you use Game Center features:

• Your Game Center alias and scores may be visible to other players on leaderboards
• This data is managed by Apple according to their Privacy Policy
• You can disable Game Center in your device settings

iCLOUD SYNC

The app uses iCloud to sync certain data across your devices:

• Friend invitation tracking
• Game progress synchronization

This data is stored securely in your personal iCloud account and is managed by Apple. You can disable iCloud sync for this app in your device settings.

REPLAY & SHARING

The app includes a feature to record and share gameplay highlights using Apple's ReplayKit. These recordings are stored temporarily on your device and are only shared when you explicitly choose to share them. We do not have access to these recordings.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

BoredSnake does not collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is safe for users of all ages.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
