By downloading, installing, or using BoredSnake ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

BoredSnake is an idle visualizer game where an AI-controlled snake automatically plays the classic snake game. The App is designed for relaxation and entertainment purposes.

• Interact using "God Mode" features
• Unlock different visual themes
• Record and share gameplay highlights

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

When using BoredSnake, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
• Not distribute or share the App through unauthorized channels
• Respect intellectual property rights

IN-APP CURRENCY

BoredSnake features an in-game currency called "Data Shards" which can be earned through gameplay. This currency:

• Has no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be purchased with real money
• Cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged
• Is used solely to unlock cosmetic features within the App

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in BoredSnake, including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, code, and design elements, is owned by the BoredSnake team and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

TERMINATION
